Casa Margherita B&B, located in the quaint Senzuno neighborghood, faces on to the east pinewood and is a few steps from the seaside and just a short walk from the town centre.
The B&B has 6 rooms all fitted out with bathroom, hair- dryer, plasma tv set, free WI-FI.
In high season, from June to September, a buffet breakfast is served either inside or in the outdoor
veranda. The modern style, cheerful and simple rooms are on the second floor of a private detached house.
The B&B also has an apartment , on the ground floor, with two rooms and two bathrooms, all with easy access for disabled people.
Check – in available from 2 p.m., unless otherwise agreed, and check out within 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Booking and Terms of Payment
In order to book a room you have to pay a 30% deposit of the total rate, by bank transfer; once the payment has been made, we will send you a booking confirmation E-mail.
You need to pay the balance in cash, when you check in.
In case the reservation is cancelled after the payment of the deposit , and within 30 days before the check – in date, this sum of money will be fully refunded (less € 20 for the running costs) otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded (at management’s discretion) if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the check in date.
How to get here
From North: drive down the motorway and take the Rosignano Marittimo exit ; continue down the S.S. freeway Aurelia; take the Follonica nord exit and head toward the town of Follonica.
From South: drive down the S.S. freeway Aurelia and take the Follonica est exit, then continue to the town of Follonica.
By Train: get off the train at the Follonica station. Once outside the station, take the second street on the left, namely Bicocchi street, and go on for about 500 meters up to Palermo street.
By Plane: the nearest airport to the B&B is the Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa. It is about 110 km. far from the B&B.
